The SpotCoaching Company

Wendy Wilson

Wendy’s ability to draw on her considerable experience as an executive coach and professional development consultant, has helped her to develop a loyal portfolio of clients. Her talent for helping companies manage change and transition has ensured that her skills are always in demand, particularly within the creative and communication industries.

Wendy is driven by one simple principle; that a company benefits most when coaching is made available to everyone in the workplace. It is this ethos that has led to her SpotCoaching approach.

Wendy is an Associate of the International Centre for Coaching and Mentoring Studies at Oxford Brookes University Business School and has a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring Practice. Her integrated coaching approach helps develop more resilient individuals who can thrive in new or changing environments. A skill that Wendy has mastered having lived and worked in countries such as Russia, the Middle East and the USA.

Wendy is a member of both the Association for Coaching and the Coaching Special Interest Group of the British Psychological Society. She is actively involved in coaching research; is published in a number of professional journals and has presented at a number of conferences. She is also Strategic Consultant for Research for the European Relocation Association (EuRA) and a former trustee and mentoring advisor of the John Schofield Trust, a charity that supports and mentors young journalists.
